JERRY AGEE APPOINTED CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND PRESIDENT OF MBDA Inc.

On 2nd June, the Board of MBDA Inc. approved the appointment of Jerry Agee, as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of MBDA Inc. with immediate effect.

In this role Jerry will report directly to the Board of Directors of MBDA Inc. and functionally to the Chief Executive Officer of MBDA, Antoine Bouvier.

With corporate offices located in Washington D.C. and Operations in Westlake Village, California, Jerry will head a team of senior executives and lead the MBDA Group in the U.S. He will be responsible for building U.S. Corporate, Military, Government and Industry relationships.

Jerry was formerly Corporate Vice President for Northrop Grumman Corporation.
