Education Required:
BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering
Preferred Experience
10+ years integration and test of airborne weapon systems, development through production. Background in test and integration of airborne electronic systems and/or weapon systems, aircraft integration, environmental testing, laboratory development and production test. Experience with airborne missile systems desired. Previous supervisory or Lead Engineer experience required. Able to lead tam in development and performance of test activities. Able to create and manage complex test plans in compliance with US DoD standards and acquisition requirements. Responsible for performance to budget and schedule. High computer literacy required. Familiar with MS Office Suite and Project Management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).

Description of Duties
- Develop Integration and Test Plans & Procedures.
- Lead integration and qualification activities for a missile system from a development environment, through platform integration, and into production and fielding.
- Develop and manage Test & Evaluation Master Plans.
- Maintain schedule and budget and report performance against program plans.
- Supervise small team of test engineering personnel and technicians. Able to work independent of close supervision.
- Perform widely varying and complex engineering tasks
- Some domestic travel required.
