MBDA INCORPORATED
MBDA Incorporated's Westlake Village, California division was founded in 1986 to design, develop, and qualify a family of precision stand-off air-to-surface weapons for the United Arab Emirates. From 1986 to the present, the Westlake Village, California division has grown, and has been owned by: ISC Aerospace Inc, Ferranti Aerospace Inc, Marconi Dynamics Inc, GEC-Marconi Dynamics Inc, Alenia Marconi Systems Inc. and since 2003, MBDA, Incorporated. In 2009, the MBDA Group established a Washington, DC-based corporate team to run the Westlake Division and grow the business in the United States.
